The affectionate decor in the style of the boutique apartments reflects the character of Elena, our manager and interior designer, who contributes personally to the common projects with her German partner and identifies with the feel-good atmosphere for her guests.

Whenever a guest has special wishes in the design of their stay – whether cots in the bedrooms, special pillows or just the planning assistance for holiday attractions – she and her husband are always available in an effort to please their guests.

The beach of Galata, within walking distance, is in direct vicinity of the Villa Galata Residence. The nearest supermarket is in Galata, only about 800m walk or a 2-minute drive away.

The nearest shopping center is in Asparuhovo about 6 km or 7 minutes away. Here is also the beach with restaurants and evening entertainment such as live music, children’s entertainment, etc., also overlooking Varna.

Varna center with its impressive cathedral and renovated downtown is another 4-minutes drive from Asparuhovo.

In the other direction, only 8 minutes away, is the beach Ficiosa – less known to tourists than the locals and therefore not crowded. Here you will find restaurants and a cozy beach bar.

If you want to dine high above Varna, there is a group of restaurants, only 1.8km to the North, i.e. in 3 minutes you are there! We recommend to have a dinner there at sunset – there is a reason why the city has constructed right next to these restaurants the spectacular observation deck overlooking Varna and the harbor.
